1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By registering a player account on the 95 Jili Platform, accessing any game, making any deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and you agree to be legally bound by them.

1.2 These Terms apply to all use of the 95 Jili Platform, including but not limited to slot games, live dealer games, bingo, sports betting, and all associated promotional and financial transactions.

1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 95 Jili Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age: Access to all real-money gaming services on the 95 Jili Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

2.2 Jurisdiction: The 95 Jili Platform is intended for use by players residing or located in the Republic of the Philippines or in other jurisdictions where access to online gaming platforms of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to verify that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

2.3 Disqualified Persons: The following categories of individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an active account on the 95 Jili Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have been self-excluded or excluded by a third party from online gambling services;
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 95 Jili or its affiliated companies, unless otherwise expressly permitted;
• Individuals who have been permanently banned from the Platform for prior violations of these Terms.

2.4 By registering, you warrant that none of the above disqualifications apply to you. 95 Jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 95 Jili Platform. The creation of duplicate, additional, or related accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false information — including false date of birth, name, or identity documents — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 KYC Verification: 95 Jili operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must complete KYC before making any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include, without limitation: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) PhilSys card, UMID, valid Philippine Passport, or a valid driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO). 95 Jili may request additional documentation at its discretion.

3.4 Account Activation: Your account will be activated upon successful email verification. You may browse the Platform prior to verification but may not deposit or wager on real-money games until verification is complete.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.

4.2 Any activity that takes place under your 95 Jili account — including all wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and communication with customer support — shall be deemed to have been authorized by you, whether or not such activity was actually conducted by you personally.

4.3 If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security, you must notify 95 Jili customer support immediately via the live chat function. 95 Jili accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate account security or has delayed reporting a suspected breach.

4.4 95 Jili strongly recommends that all players enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) through their Account Settings. This adds a second layer of protection against unauthorized access.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods: 95 Jili currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the Platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount via GCash or PayMaya is ₱100. The minimum deposit via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) is ₱200 or ₱500 depending on the institution, as indicated at the time of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to players who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests against active bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be declined until such requirements are fulfilled.

5.4 Processing Times: 95 Jili processes withdrawal requests for verified GCash and PayMaya accounts within a target timeframe of 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours during standard banking days. 95 Jili does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.5 Currency: All transactions on the 95 Jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering: 95 Jili complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for deposit, where technically feasible. 95 Jili reserves the right to request additional documentation for transactions that trigger AML screening thresholds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General: All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 95 Jili are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time the offer is presented on the Platform. These Terms govern all bonuses in addition to any offer-specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real-money balance. Specific multipliers apply per offer.

6.3 Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.4 Expiry: Unclaimed or partially wagered bonuses that are not used within the timeframe specified in the offer terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 All games available on the 95 Jili Platform are governed by their individual game rules as provided by the respective game supplier. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics of that game only.

7.2 All bets are final once confirmed. 95 Jili does not accept requests to void a confirmed wager on the grounds that the Player changed their mind, misclicked, or misread the terms of the bet.

7.3 In the event of a technical error during a game session — including but not limited to game disconnection, platform outage, or software malfunction — 95 Jili shall, at its sole discretion, either void the round and return the stake, or honour the result if a deterministic outcome can be confirmed from server-side records.

7.4 Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games on the 95 Jili Platform use certified Random Number Generators that operate independently of the Platform. The Platform cannot and does not influence game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical randomness and are visible to the Player via live video stream.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 95 Jili Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering or financial crime;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to 95 Jili immediately;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the 95 Jili platform or its associated software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 95 Jili staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 95 Jili is committed to responsible gaming and recognises that gambling may cause harm to a minority of players. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session time alerts — notifications after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform.

9.2 These tools are accessible through Account Settings. Requests for self-exclusion or cooling-off periods are processed within 24 hours. During an active self-exclusion period, the Player must not attempt to access the Platform or create new accounts.

10. Suspension & Termination

10.1 95 Jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Verification of the Player's identity or age cannot be satisfactorily completed;
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account;
• Continuation of the account would expose 95 Jili to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• 95 Jili is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

10.2 Upon termination for cause, 95 Jili reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with prohibited activity pending investigation. Verified real-money balances not connected to prohibited activity will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.

10.3 Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 95 Jili customer support via live chat. Account closure does not relieve the Player of any obligations incurred prior to closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 95 Jili shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11.2 95 Jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

11.3 In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of 95 Jili to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the 95 Jili Platform — including but not limited to the 95 Jili name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of 95 Jili or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 No Player is permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any 95 Jili intellectual property without prior written authorisation from 95 Jili.

13. Privacy

13.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by 95 Jili is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

13.2 By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments

14.1 95 Jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

14.2 Your continued use of the 95 Jili Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the 95 Jili Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.3 Prior to commencing any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 95 Jili customer support to seek an informal resolution of any dispute. 95 Jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
